Fine Art Photography

Our studio is fully equipped for fine art photography and our images are used for fine art printing and in catalogues, brochures and websites.

We use medium format cameras to produce Tiff files over 100MB without enlargement. For the technically minded, it's not just about pixels but also about the benefits available from a CCD sensor working in 16bit colour to produce very accurate results with smooth gradations. High quality lenses ensure maximum detail is preserved and colour corrected studio lighting ensures a faithful colour balance.

High resolution film scanning

Our 10x8" pre-press film scanner is capable of scanning large format colour transparencies. This is of particular interest to artists who already have a stock of 5x4 transparencies from earlier photography which they now wish to archive or to use for the production of limited edition prints.
